OUR PROFESSIONAL STAFF
All of our programs are staffed by experienced teachers who are committed to early childhood education and the wellbeing and growth of the children in our care. We are committed to recruiting and retaining the best qualified early childhood education and care professionals. Recent research has shown conclusively that the single most important factor in high quality early childhood education and care is the training and level of education of the teaching and childcare staff.
Clearly, the quality of our staff speaks to the quality of our program. Our teachers are committed professionals who hold various degrees including Child Development Associate (a nationally recognized certification), as well as Associate of Arts, Bachelor of Arts, and graduate degrees in Early Childhood Education or related fields. Their professional commitment is further evidenced by participation in numerous ongoing training seminars and workshops that exceed state mandated requirements. Each program has a head teacher who is responsible for planning and implementing a developmentally appropriate program for the class and for supervising that program's childcare staff.
